By Law 1.2 requires owners to seek approval from the Community Association prior to making any alterations and additions to the property. Alterations referred to in this By-Law include the colour of your property.

The Community Association does not hold any information on the colour scheme for properties on the Estate except for those which have been provided by owners and have been published on this site.

The Community Association accepts no responsibility for the colour information provided on this website, you should verify the colour information by either colour-matching your existing paint schemes by taking a sample to your paint supplier or referring to your painter of choice to advise on your house colour scheme.
