Front Fence Construction
When rebuilding or repairing your fence, please maintain an "as built" style with respect to dimension, construction method and colour.

Most of the wood is H3 treated pine whilst posts are H4 treated pine.
​
Suitable wood can be purchased from various hardware suppliers who stock H3 treated design pine [DARI and H4 treated pine posts].

Fence Paint Colour
All wooden fences which can be seen from LOT 1 must be repainted in the following colour.

The colour formula below is for 1 litre of paint, your supplier will need to adjust the volume of pigments to the size of the can you purchase

The paint is semi-gloss

The paint should be exterior-grade paint
Letterbox
The majority of letterboxes are installed in a brick pillar and are of a
"bricked-in" type, manufactured by VELOX.
The VELOX letterbox includes a cast aluminium front/rear fascia [with MAIL cast into the top left corner], a galvanised sleeve and clamping screws [which connect between the front and rear fascia]. The front and rear are brushed aluminium finish, and the rear fascia has a rear opening door with a lock.

A minority of letterboxes in The Terrace [north] and Governor's Way [east] are of a "bricked-in" type, manufactured by MCH. The MCH letterbox includes fabricated steel front/rear fascia, no "mail' lettering, a galvanised sleeve and clamping screws that connect between the front and rear fascia. The front and rear fascia are painted in Dulux Colourbond "classic" cream paint, and the rear fascia has a rear opening door with lock. Further colour details can be found here.
