Welcome to our community clubhouse, the ultimate gathering space exclusively available for our valued residents. Designed to enhance social connections and create lasting memories, the clubhouse offers a versatile venue for your special events and get-togethers.
To request a booking, please call Premier Strata on (02) 9630 7500. Please note that all bookings are for a minimum 3-hour period, and a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
We kindly ask all residents to help us keep the clubhouse in pristine condition by ensuring it remains free of damage and by cleaning up before departure. Additionally, we kindly remind everyone that the clubhouse is reserved for residents only, and no pets are allowed inside. Kindly respect the hours of operation as listed in your booking.
