History

Hunterford Estate in Oatlands is a community nestled amidst a lush and inviting environment, seamlessly blending with the distinctive architectural style of the surrounding area.

Developed between 1999 - 2004, this 6.7ha site includes a mix of 150 homes, including single detached homes, courtyard homes, townhouses, duplexes, mews homes and apartments all thoughtfully designed, to ensure a harmonious and cohesive aesthetic.

Community

Hunterford Estate Community Title scheme that ensures every resident has a say in the running of the estate. This approach to ownership and management empowers our community members to actively participate in decision-making processes and contribute to the overall well-being of the neighbourhood.
